• Immobilization of the shoulder joint, e.g. after shoulder surgery

Mode of Action

• The additional upper arm sling ensures that the shoulder is in the appropriate position for the treatment required; thanks to this contraction, body cleaning can be easily performed, especially in the wound area.
• The forearm is fixed at the requested 90-100º inclination.
• It reduces pain by restricting movement.

Features

• Easy, individual assembly and removal is possible thanks to the wide pull-type lock.
• After fitting the orthosis, the pelvic diameter pressure can be individually adjusted with tension straps.
• The armrest is supported by the pelvic belt so no shoulder straps are required.
• Wide arm straps support the arm over a wide area.
• The arm straps can be positioned freely on the waist belt; they facilitate individual adjustment and ensure high wearing comfort and optimal stabilisation.
• Immobilization of the shoulder in 0 degree abduction position, i.e. to ensure the surgical outcome
