About Shipping and Returns

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION RETURN CONDITIONS

1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.

3. Shipping costs, which are the cost of shipping the product, will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

6. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PRICE FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the Buyer for payment has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the contracted product to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping costs being borne by the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORSE REASONS:
If force majeure reasons that cannot be foreseen by the Seller occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the Buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, this fee will be paid to the Buyer in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product fee will be returned to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but the bank is likely to transfer the amount to the Buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; shall not accept damaged and defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the cargo company. The goods/services received shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER shall protect the goods/services with care after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services shall not be used. The invoice shall also be returned together with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER may exercise his/her right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, provided that he/she notifies the SELLER via the contact information below, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated.

Indications

Features

The aluminum frame has an anatomical design and can be reshaped if desired.
Designed as a long version, the frame construction can easily be converted to standard length by removing the extension clips.
The clip bumpers are made of breathable, sweat-proof, non-slip, skin-friendly material and are used safely with orthosis Velcro ties.
Monocentric joints are adjusted with the Nietert compromise pivot axis, allowing extension and flexion to be restricted in 10° intervals.
Condylar tampons of different thicknesses can be used to compensate for varying degrees of knee joint swelling.
In cases of posterior instability or genu recurvatum, an optional popliteal band is used to stabilize the knee.

Mode of Action

The knee orthosis is based on the 4-point principle and eliminates the effect of the anterior pull phenomenon.
Varus/valgus adjustment provides targeted relief in the knee compartment and lateral ligament by adapting the patient to a different leg axis.
The orthosis design allows the knee to be stabilized against varus/valgus forces. The long version has a longer arm.
The popliteal band eliminates stress on the orthosis hinges by preventing hyperextension.
Dorsal pressure exerted by the popliteal band counteracts the effect of the posterior puller phenomenon.
Possible straining forces applied to the knee joint by the orthosis are minimized by adapting the orthosis to monocentric hinges.
