TheraBand Resistance Mini Band Loops are continuous 3" (7.5 cm) wide loop elastic bands used for a variety of exercises and workouts, especially for the lower extremities. Further developed by the inventors of the exercise band and combined exercises to increase strength and coordination. The mini Band Loop can increase muscle strength, muscle coordination, flexibility and balance, while being extremely lightweight, so it is portable and costs a fraction of other gym equipment. With the mini elastic resistance bands, you can get excellent exercise for your glutes, knees and hips, and of course the gluteus medius, a muscle that is often neglected but is very important for body stability. Exercise bands perform better than weights (kettlebells/dumbbells or exercise machines) because you can do functional training, "hitting" the muscles at different angles, concentric or eccentric, and with the maximum possible safety wherever you want (home workout, office workout). Thera-band band loops come in 4 color-coded levels including yellow, red, green and blue and are available in three flat lengths of 8", 12" and 18" (20.5cm, 30.5cm, 45.5cm). They are available in different resistances.
You can use Theraband exercise elastic bands with other fitness equipment such as kettlebells, exercise mats, fitness and pilates balls, skipping ropes, etc. )
Resistance bands are the #1 exercise tool and have been used by physical therapists, athletic and fitness instructors, athletes, coaches and patients around the world for over 50 years.
Closed loop strap for versatile training options - especially for legs.
Small, lightweight and usable anywhere.
