Functional Knee Orthosis for Stabilization of the Knee Joint
Indications
- Instability cases following anterior and posterior cruciate ligament (ACL/PCL) rupture
- After ligament surgery/ligament reconstruction
- Severe and/or complex instability (traumatic, degenerative)
- Restriction of range of motion of the knee joint (e.g. after meniscal suture or meniscal implantation)
- Conservative and postoperative management after patellar rupture
Features
- SecuTec Genu is very lightweight.
- The thin aluminum frame is anatomically shaped and fits perfectly to the body.
- The special frame construction allows simple and effortless positioning of the orthosis according to the plane of the leg.
- Specially processed aluminum alloy makes the orthosis very light, stable and malleable.
- The orthosis can be applied to the front of the leg.
- Physiological hinges can be easily adjusted to suit the different therapeutic needs of the orthosis on the leg. The biaxial hinge with 4-point security is very stable.
- The dirt-proof and wear-resistant hinges have a soft 0° stop.
- The breathable and non-irritating tampons have a non-slip coating and can be easily removed and reused for cleaning.
- Condylar pads of different thicknesses are offered to suit different knee joint widths (especially in cases of edema).
- Flexible condylar pads prevent skin irritation.
- The fastening holes can be folded in 2 positions for convenience and can also be folded sideways to adapt the wrapping of the belt to the geometry of the leg.
- The height of the belt section close to the lower joint can be adjusted to suit the shape of the lower calf.
- In PCL treatment, the proximal band near the joint can be moved in a ventral direction. In the treatment of severe instability, a belt should also be used.

Return & Cancellation Rights
CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION RETURN CONDITIONS
1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
3. Shipping costs, which are the cost of shipping the product, will be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
6. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PRICE FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the Buyer for payment has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the contracted product to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping costs being borne by the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORSE REASONS:
If force majeure reasons that cannot be foreseen by the Seller occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the Buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, this fee will be paid to the Buyer in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product fee will be returned to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but the bank is likely to transfer the amount to the Buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; shall not accept damaged and defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the cargo company. The goods/services received shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER shall protect the goods/services with care after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services shall not be used. The invoice shall also be returned together with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER may exercise his/her right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, provided that he/she notifies the SELLER via the contact information below, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated.
